Our regular commercial maintenance program applying to most of the properties we maintain consists of 2 weekly visits per month for the summer season (March - October) and 1 visit per month for the winter season (November - February).We would firstly suggest an initial site visit to asses and talk through the properties maintenance requirements with residents, directors and property managers. We may suggest a site clearance to get the property back to our maintainable standard.
Our regular summer service includes (where applicable)
Initial analysis of property to asses if shrubs or hedges need pruning or trimming
Prune and trim shrubs and hedges and remove debris
Collect and Remove litter from property
Strim around grass borders, flower beds, trees and paths
Edge flower beds and borders
Leaf blow and sweep paths, driveways and flower beds collecting and removing debris
Hoe flower beds and borders removing weeds
Cut Lawns (roller mower for stripes)
Apply weed killer if necessary
Remove all cuttings and debris from site
Our regular winter service includes (where applicable)
Removal of any litter
Trim and prune shrubs if necessary
Collect and remove leaves from property
Remove moss and weeds from driveways, paths, borders etc
Edge and Define borders ready for summer maintenance season
Takeaway all cuttings and debris from site
